By accessing and using 4youpic (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the Service. Use of the Service is conditional on your legal capacity to enter into contracts and on your full compliance with these terms.

4youpic is a photo management platform for professionals, offering photo organization, face recognition, image and text (semantic) search, shared galleries, and tools for your clients to find their own photos (e.g., by selfie). The Service is provided "as is" and we may change features, limits, or plans as described in our plans and in the documentation available in the product.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or applicable policies. You may not: (a) upload or store illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content; (b) use the Service for fraudulent activity or to harm infrastructure or other users; (c) attempt to access restricted areas or other users' accounts; (d) use face recognition or other features in a way that violates local laws (e.g., biometric or privacy laws). You are responsible for obtaining any required consents (including from clients and depicted individuals) before using features that involve biometric or personal data.

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Photos and other data you upload to the Service are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content; we use the data only to provide, improve, and secure the Service, within the limits set in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4youpic, including its brand, interface, code, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to the Service beyond the right of use granted here. You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us the licenses necessary to operate, display, and store that content in the context of the Service (e.g., to generate galleries, search, and face recognition).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is offered "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice within the Service, with reasonable advance notice when applicable. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account and stop using the Service.
